There is literally a paranoid, inexperienced women running the support staff who by the way are full of kids. The project manager all they do is yell at you if you ask questions. The software in ancient, an experience hacker can literally ***kill*** us in seconds Everyone is ill equip to talk to each other The women Mary, she sucks ass. Top level executives control everything and don't trust mid level managers to make any decisions. This creates severe bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Coworkers are fun to hang out with and you can meet people from all sorts of backgrounds. But the pay is way way less than average for a software company, even in Minnesota. Turnover is insanely high, but they don't care because they can just hire new graduates and workers from overseas for cheap. The good people always leave eventually, making everyone else suffer in mediocrity."
