"The pay is way too low, but the help desk team is the most fun to work with! It has so much potential to be a great company to work for, but it is mismanaged. Top level executives control everything and don't trust mid level managers to make any decisions. This creates severe bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Coworkers are fun to hang out with and you can meet people from all sorts of backgrounds. But the pay is way way less than average for a software company, even in Minnesota. Turnover is insanely high, but they don't care because they can just hire new graduates and workers from overseas for cheap. The good people always leave eventually, making everyone else suffer in mediocrity."
