"I worked for Oat Willie's for 10+ months, and it was a horrible experience. There is no room to move up, you are paid fast-food wages, and the managers and owners despise you and give you no respect. All my co-workers were openly derisive of customers (to their faces) but got no punishment or critique from management. BAD JOB"
