"The company was merged with another manufactured housing company so, although the brand still exists, the corporation does not."

"In the beginning, the expectations were rather low. There was no balanced scorecard of any kind. The only number was floors out the door. This created a culture lacking in both quality and safety (and, ironically, productivity!)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I coached (and trained) the management team to:(A) Establish and communicate their mission, vision and values.(B) Create and deploy a balanced scorecard across all 35 plants and down to the every team on the shop floor.(C) Train, coach and develop leaders across all 35 plants and down to every team leader.(D) Create and manage a new hire orientation program followed by skills training.(E) Create and manage a safety program based on safe behaviors (versus counting accidents).(F) Create and manage an in-line quality program (versus at the final station).(G) Create and manage an employee suggestion program that generates 100,000s of ideas annually.(H)Create and manager a comprehensive employee recognition program (for safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and employee suggestions).."
