What do you like about working at Oakland Athletics?
"I get a great deal of freedom to make decisions and bring change in a positive way in my work place. The people I work with have had a great influence on me and have made me better throughout my time with them. My boss allows me to be in control and allows me to take on whatever tasks I wish without interfering and only offering help if I wish to speak with him about it."

"They expect nothing but the best, be prepared to push yourself."
What don't you like about working at Oakland Athletics?
"The company is quite small and the chance for upward mobility is very limited."

"It is tough on their part but to allow people to grow keeps them interested and there could be more creativity to keep employees interested."
