"I've worked for nydj.com for 2 years. I've found that no one takes accountability for anything that slips through the cracks and the digital and marketing team is lacking leadership. No team support, just mostly blaming when something is wrong and no praises when something is right. The working hours are pretty much 24/7 which is not recognized for upper management."
