"NXTsoft is owned by an investment group, I do not feel there is longevity with this company. NXTsoft is made up of a number of different business units that management is trying to fit together. There is a lack of communication between management and employees particularly in my department. The company utilizes several different database so it makes it difficult to know what is occurring across the company."
