"I would look else where unless you are happy with just a paycheck."

What don't you like about working at NxEdge?

"NxEdge is very top heavy when it comes to management and executives seem only concerned with not being blamed for problems. Thus, new things take several months to get through the corporate decision making process"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make the NxEdge sites locally managed and put more control into the local managers, remove the heavy corporate layer."
