"Most of the people were hard working individuals. Some of the management was good but some didn't bother to find out from the associates what the real problems were until it was too late. At that point they just pointed the finger at the newest person and got rid of them without fixing the real problem."

"New management came in and tried to change a system that was working without asking the associates that were doing it what the real issues were."
