Nutritious Lifestyles Employee

"Not recommended company. Contracted employee, now what I was told the job would entail after hired a year ago. Training was good at least by a dietitian who I replaced. High turnover. Lack of communication is a big down fall, as well as working all day and not basically on call."

Nutritious Lifestyles Employee

"I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was so disappointed and shocked at how they treated their patients, staff, other staff at our contracted locations. The owner is simply in it for the money. She is growing faster than her team can adequately manage it. Upper management consists of "friends" who are not all qualified to be managers (diet techs managing dietitians?). I'm not at all trying to belittle technicians, but there was something backwards about it. There was a lot of unprofessionalism between belittling their own staff, other people we were contracted to work with, joking about how dietary manager's don't know anything. It was very disheartening. I didn't receive my benefits when it was time, didn't get compensated for most of my traveling as promised, or for the 24/7 calls and emails. I was also told one thing in how than was true in regards to my hours and locations. At the end of the day, I was very dissatisfied with my job. I absolutely love what I do, but not in some of the unethical ways they wanted us to do things."
