"Being a Nutritional Assistant can be a difficult job. Tasks range from dealing with menus and orders and specific diets, all the way to dish washing. The part I love about it is being able to interact with the elderly residents and their family members. Making them happy is always my favorite. The only thing I don't like about it is that my tasks can change everyday without notice."
