"Nutrien at face value appears to be a decent organization. However, as you begin to understand how it operates the "Stepford Wives" aspect becomes more apparent. Clear direction is hard to come by. "Leadership" is more management than anything but they'll call it leadership. There's been a large amount of turnover starting at the top and going down to the rank and file. There's less confidence in the new management than the previous group. People are trying to do their best. Unfortunately, there are some fundamental elements that need to be changed and those in a position to change them don't see this or are unwilling to make the necessary changes. So, the org plods along inspite of itself."
"I have worked for NAS for a short period of time and it is a large company that helps the local growers out. The employees come as quickly as they go because of salary issues."
"For developers, Nutrien offers the unique experience of building revolutionary agriculture tools from the ground up, but without the potential uncertainty of working in a startup. As a young organization, there is still much growing going on, which sometimes means questionable decisions are made - and exhaustively fixed."
"I have worked for Nutrien Ag solutions since 2015 and I like working for them because they treat their employees well and give us all the tools we need to succeed in our markets."
"Compensation was consistent with industry niche."
