As an Sr. Automation Application Engineer, I was given a problem a customer had, and I had to review a number of alternatives, select the most cost-effective solution, work-up a proposal, and present it to the customer.My relationship with my boss was great, even after I left. However, there was a co-worker that was supposed to be a mentor. He gave me little help, and was not a mentor."
