"I really like the engineering team and believe in the work we are doing, but don't know if our current management team will be able to keep us afloat. There's been a lot of turnover amongst the C-Level and VP's (new members don't last longer than a few months) and it seems like we lose another engineer every other month. There's also a tendency to put the horse before the cart and oversell what the product can actually do at this point. People who speak up about this seem to get pushed out."
