"Being middle management I was always having to keep Upper Management and the Union Happy and that is a job by itself. I was always given the trouble areas to get them back on track. And then moved to another area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My personnel opinion is to have good communications with your team members, make them feel important and that they have a say in their daily work efforts. Listen to their concerns and work with them in finding ways to improve the situations. Working together as a team is the best way to get everyone on the same page."
