"be honest, don't bs the supervisors, if you are not willing to keep your mouth closed and get along you are just looking for a headache"

"awful schedule, arrogant atmosphere, injury rate is awful, nsmem is not really nucor it is something but not nucor"

"arrogance is not appealing, fire each supervisor and start over, the supervisors are responsible for the failures and you are ending up with a group of mediocre tm's doing the work and supervisors who just want to get along"

"I like having the responsibility to make decisions that impact the business. There is an open culture to present ideas from bottom to top."

"Their focus is on safety and personal responsibility. Be prepared for that and know details about the company."

"There is little Opportunity to advance. The management structure is so thin the opportunity to advance comes around very infrequently."

"I think the management does a wonderful job of managing the work load but lack in providing a clear career path."

"I have a lot of responsibility and I enjoy working with the production staff."

"Sales applicants should be degreed and production staff should not be degreed."

"The culture is not supportive of formally educated staff and is strongly biased against degreed people. As a result, many processes have been developed by plant lore and legend."

"Learn to develop expertise in staff leaders and evolve the culture."

"meritocracy does not exist, low possibility of confrontation with my boss,"
