"I've worked for NTT Data for 2 years its a good company but there is a little room to grow there is some mis communication between the main office and the people who works at different sites. the pay is ok it could be better. the work times are flexible. Overall its an OK company."

Never talked to or saw other NTT Data personnel except at quarterly town hall meeting.There is online training (Skillsoft), but no instructor-led training was offered unless client demanded.No opportunities for career growth or improvement.Company needs to invest in its people, and management needs to treat employees as more than just a billable resource."

"The recruiters are second to none. They are on the ball, and do the due diligence to find you the work. Once you are on the job site, you have decent representation. When your job is cut due to budget cuts, NTT Data's GRM team leaves a lot to be desired."
