"They are all about Offshoring and making money. They should invest in US talent instead of investing in people in India. I am from India and I am still against offshoring. I have been dealing with our offshore team for about 6 months now and am highly disappointed with the quality of work. The company doesn't care though because people like me are here to pick up offshore's slack."
