3.2Worked for NTT Data Americas for almost 5 years on State Farm Insurance account in Bloomington, IL. (previously Keane, Inc.) Never talked to or saw other NTT Data personnel except at quarterly town hall meeting.There is online training (Skillsoft), but no instructor-led training was offered unless client demanded.No opportunities for career growth or improvement.Company needs to invest in its people, and management needs to treat employees as more than just a billable resource.
2.3I have worked with NTT Data on two separate occasions for a accumulation of five years. This is a great company to get you started in the IT profession, however if you are looking to move into more sr. roles, NTT Data does not spend any training dollars on their staff, nor can you expect any raises during your work. If you are only interested in a job NTT is perfect, but if you want a Career in IT I would maybe think about that before accepting an offer.
4.5I have worked with NTT Data, Inc. since the beginning of 2013. Soon after starting, they recognized I offered much more to the company and promoted me to Senior Infrastructure Architect within two months. I know I have much more to offer and consider myself an extreme asset to any company/agency I work for.
