"I was brought on to NTS in June of 2016 to assist with a new and developing retention department. I arrived at a very difficult time with the company as they were going through a lot of transition and changes with the company. Since I first started with NTS to now, there currently exists a very minimal number of original employees, including management, that is still with the company. This would imply a high turnover rate and low employee retention. I also noticed a lot of pointing the fingers and blame when something did not go right. No one seemed to take any ownership. I did not use these standards as I came from an environment of teamwork. I wish them all the best, however, personally, I am relieved to no longer be apart of this organization. Thank you."
