"NTN is basically a good company to work for, However I am confused about the decision making at higher levels of management in the company. That confusion exists in how the company profits and how personnel is managed. In some companies they keep a controlled store fully stocked so when there is a machine breakdown, The technician will go get the part needed, Do the repair then turn machine back to production with a minimum of downtime and labor cost. Not so at NTN. Other problem is hours worked."
