"A few people at the top are obviously protecting each other and it is a very frustrating situation to work with, so you need to make a decision if you can live with it and yourself, then keep your mouth shut or move on."

"SOME people get away with some interesting stuff. A twisted sense of loyalty to old friends."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean house. Seriously. A few people really need to be eliminated and professional management put into place."
