"I have worked for NSI-MI Technologies for 2 years. The company is strong financially and growing very rapidly. The size of the company is somewhat small so the opportunity for advancement is very slim. I feel as though I am over-qualified for my position and continue to work outside of the scope of my position. I would like my experience and educational background to be considered more so I can use my entire skill set and I feel that I will not be able to do that in my current position."
