"In my 20 years of experience, NSC Global has been the worse to work for. It only took me 3 Months to finally leave, this is after working for Siemens/AtoS the first time around from 2009-2013. AtoS outsourced their Managed Services side to NSC Global in 2015, and now they need to cancel their contract with them, it's hurting AtoS's customers. I'm the 4th dedicated tech to a large AtoS customer account in the past year. I read some of the reviews before starting, and thought some of them were far-fetched, was I ever wrong. I wasn't told about the cost of the mediocre benefits, before starting, I was also told the PTO would change, and it didn't. All they changed was paying Holidays, and they gave an extra floating holiday, but there's a catch, you have to be here 18 Mo before the floating holiday is usable. You also only accrue 5.33 hours per Month of PTO that has to be used with in a year. No life insurance, the Health insurance is incredibly expensive compared to the hourly rate. The 401k is a joke, no employer contribution until you make 6 years, which is probably their intent, because they know people will get burnt out and leave long before their 6 year mark. The people that moved over to NSC from AtoS in 2015 are treated totally different in regards to PTO and Benefits, yet we all do the same work, it's not fair. AtoS really needs to cancel the contract with NSC Global if they want better results."
