What do you like about working at North Rockland Central School District?
"I liked helping students learn something new everyday. It's a great feeling to work with a child until he/she can answer their own questions themselves."

"Be firm and strict yet friendly and welcoming or else the students will eat you alive."
What don't you like about working at North Rockland Central School District?
"I love working with kids but at the same time when they know they are having a substitute they tend to be less disciplined like when their normal teacher is there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Only to invest more into Interactive programs for the students. A basis for my thesis in grad school. But that would come down to what's left in the budget for the district after necessities."
