"I started at Novogradac as an intern and was later offered a full time position. I was with the company from Jan, 2010 to April, 2010 and then from Sept, 2010 to June, 2012. High quality of work was expected as lots of resources and training was available to staff member. My managers were very knowledgeable and provided great guidance to me. They were also willing to learn about my personal career goal and tried their best to accommodate by giving me assignments that most interested me."
