"Upper upper management doesn't have the basic employees best interest in mind. Lacking PE mentors for EIT certified engineers."

"Examine what makes the company tick before they cut employee benefits and take another multi-million dollar bonus."

"Too negative. No real positive support for people. Continuously reducing people and increasing per capita work load in increased travel requirements."

"Rebuild the business plan to incorporate buy-in on lower levels. DOn't always think you have the best plan.... as Novellus was built from a <20 person start-up as an awesome company, some of the BEST ideas are from the people you never see or even know about."
"Please note that although this was a fantastic company I was contracted to them. They wanted to hire me but could not at the time."

"This was a large company and very competitive. Their efficiency was superb. The environment was great and so were the perks. Everyone was very professional."

"Work hard and the perks are there! Overtime was paid, you could sign up for box seats to the Shark's games...so just do your job well and all is taken care of for you."
What don't you like about working at Novellus Systems?
"Well that fact that they needed to stay so competitive they did not hire me! Everyone thought I was permanent and when they found out that I was still a contractor the VP's did not sign off on the purchase requisition to hire me regardless of the Director of Marketings' recommendation."

"None. They are a well oiled machine."
