"I worked with a crackerjack team of developers. I learned something new from them every single day. I had a lot of exposure to the underlying framework of the windows operating system."

"Watch out for layoffs."

What don't you like about working at NovaStor?

"Management tended to change focus every quarter. They made several bad acquisitions that diluted there focus on there core business model."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't lay off top engineering staff in order to save money. I was laid of with the rest of the engineering staff. Management decided to replace them with cheap developers just out of college. It took them several years to recover from that move."
