"Not a very good work/life balance. Company is not open to any suggestions about how be better company and change with changing healthcare enviroment. Micro-Managed. Not very much room for advancement unless you want to become a District Manager."

"Be yourself. The most important thing in any interview is to be yourself. I feel that it is the only way one can really know if a job is a good fit for you."

"Spend more quality time with team building. It is important to the new reps. Helping new reps to get acquainted and acclimated is an important step in developing talent."
