"No opportunity for growth, and no lunch breaks more then once a week"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow personal time to clear your head like scheduled lunches more then 1 day a week to clear your head due the the sometimes depressed clients we deal with. Treat all of the location with the same allowances"
