"Unfair to employees. In eight years there, two were with no raises permitted. This past year, one with no raises allowed, they took away the parking benefit and started charging $200. It’s basically a diploma mill proprietary school, Students are also treated shabby. Do excellent work and exceed goals, no even a thank you or good job, They just want tuition dollars for outrageous salaries and perks for executive level. I submitted a complaint about a bullying and abusive supervisor and it wasn’t even investigated, Do not work here."
"Great company to work for."
"Good working environment but no professional growth end improvement."
"Not a good place to work if you seek advancement."
"I worked for NSU for 13 years. It was a great experience helping students achieve their goals through our programs."
"Worked as computer tech for short time with them. Had no problem with them - very friendly people."
"This is overall a good place to work, but low on the pay. They make up for it with a substantial education benefit. The place is spread and departments communicate well but it could be better, so if you are a go-getter this may be frustrating to you. Find the right people to alliance here with because it is all about politics. What people lack in ability they make up for in elbow rubbing. You can move up here, and lateral promotions are possible too."
"No promotions from within. Be prepared to handle your duties as well as those of any co-worker that leaves the organization."
"It's a great company to work for, but don't value it's employees"
