"I worked on the same computer for nine years and it was not equipped for the type of work they were expecting me to deliver."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management really needs to acknowledge the amount of work the administrative workers perform. According to other interviews I have been on, we were more like Project Managers, rather than just support. Also, I think the managers not having any computers puts way more responsibility on the admin than what they are compensated for."
