"I have been an employee at Notora since 2017. My first engineering job right out of college. They have groomed me by providing training sessions consistently and allowing me to learn on the fly while also contributing to many projects through team collaboration. The work culture is laid back and fun while my co workers were very easy to get along with. Only downsides in my opinion would be the lack of transparency from upper management and the lack of compensation in terms of bonus initiatives and small merit increases."
