"I started my career at NCLH in 2017. I have moved to different teams all within IT various times. One of the best things about NCLH, are your co-workers. I can truly say the people I have worked with here, have been some of the hardest working employees I have seen. There isn’t a lot of turnover within IT, a majority of the employees have been with NCLH for 15+ years. One the items that I struggled with, and I believe many others, is constant Organizational Changes. In 2018, the company started and IT reorganization that has yet to complete. It leaves a lot of people feeling lost, no sense of leadership, no guidance."

"I worked for NCL for several years. Thoroughly enjoyed my job. However, I quickly discovered how “clicky” the Entertainment Division was in Tampa. Run by the VP of Entertainment, it was amazing to me how anything got accomplished. I quickly noticed his constant flitting around the office, his desk was always spotless (no contracts, invoices, plans, paperwork of any kind), he would sit in on production meetings and such and rarely participate. But would ALWAYS be on his cell phone. So, after meetings I would hop on FB just to see, and sure enough he spends production meetings posting on FB. He never seemed busy, but often peoples invoices would be paid weeks late due to him neglecting to “approve them”. If you are gay, your his best friend and part of the “click”. If you are straight, he won’t give you much attention. He was NEVER concerned about budgets or if a project was going over. Myself and a few others would often ask others working there, “what exactly does Robert do?”. The answer was always the same, “I’m not really sure”.. I’m sure he is making close to 6 figures and is hardly in the office. He is always on ships visiting to watch shows. I heard stories of how NCL received complaints about his lack of work in the past and when it got back to him, how he brought everyone into the board room to yell at them. Stating, “if you don’t like the way I do things, leave”. As far as many are concerned, Robert is a complete waste of NCL’s money! Then theres the Production Manager, Chris. This is a department that truly needs at least 2 people running it, if not more. Chris is SO over-worked, SO backed up with things, so backed up with approving invoices people aren’t paid in a timely fashion. Personally, I’d eliminate Roberts position and add at least 1, if not 2 more Production Managers."

"I have worked for NCL for 5 years. I love working with my customers everyday. My pay avg is 45000 to 55000 a year. I enjoy coming to work everyday. The only negative is that the company does not attempt to build confidence, educate and assist PVP's in becoming better at their job. The coachs are challenged by their manager who does not have a positive attitude but tells everyone else to. They need to encourage and assist and not use a punitive method to score your performance. However, if you do the best job you can do and follow th"
