"I worked for Symantec and NortonLifeLock on three separate occasions. One of the reasons I kept working for them was the people. The people were generally focused on getting the job done and protecting our customers. Project and personality conflicts almost never were an issue and directors, and managers were very approachable."

"NLOK is in an interesting space. They have a strong suite of core products - LifeLock in a growing product category, and Norton Anti Virus in a shrinking product category. This yields some interesting challenges on how to prioritize key initiatives to move forward - especially from a global context. The CEO staff changes over every 18-24 months, and that in itself creates some unique challenges. If you want to work to solve interesting challenges for a 2 - 3 year period, this is a good company to work for."

Senior Director of Worldwide Renewal Sales

"I worked for Symantec/Blue Coat for 11 years. The company has the best security products in the industry. The company has always had difficulty managing its data. After the Symantec acquisition, the combined Company had some pretty massive data integration issues which took some time to resolve. Right about the time these issues were resolved the Enterprise business was acquired by Broadcom"
