What do you like about working at Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning?

"This was a family based company. There was only 2 of us that weren't actually blood related. This business was a good atmosphere, I learned a lot of things about Air Conditioning and Heaters. The owners were willing to teach me and introduce me to new things."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You will be alone a lot on this job, so you need to be a self motivator to get things done. Be as organized and you possibly can. Have great customer skills because you will the base station for all incoming calls about repair and you will also have to call the technicians to dispatch them."

What don't you like about working at Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning?

"They did not work off a computer. Everything was still paper based. They had papers everywhere and it wasn't organized. Things were lost a lot due to this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they start using programs such as Quickbooks more frequently to produce invoices and accounts. This would help with the organization and accounts receivable and payable."
