"I am working as a postdoc and developer in one spin-off. Which means half of the standard salary with respect to a standard start-up, with the same stress, and the bureaucracy of the academia. Plus, my employer has no shame to exploit J1/H1 slavery. We are constantly blackmailed to work more than 70 hrs per week under the menace of not having our visa renewed. Stay away."
