What do you like about working at Northwest Vista College?
"what I do helping students find their passion and I get to different things everyday."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You have to be a fit with the culture here. If you are too rigid and want a lot of structure, you may not like it here. You also have to work with others in groups alot."
What don't you like about working at Northwest Vista College?
"Currently there are changes that are coming that I am not fond of. I feel that we are losing touch with students and everything (and I do mean everything) is going technical--no real interaction with students."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would listen more to the people that have been doing this a while. be more mature and respectful of everyone."
"Adjunct faculty members are part-time employees with no job security."
