"You have to be a fit with the culture here. If you are too rigid and want a lot of structure, you may not like it here. You also have to work with others in groups alot."

"Currently there are changes that are coming that I am not fond of. I feel that we are losing touch with students and everything (and I do mean everything) is going technical--no real interaction with students."

"I would listen more to the people that have been doing this a while. be more mature and respectful of everyone."
