What do you like about working at Northwest Technologies?

"It gave me the opportunity to work as a project manager after graduating from BSU. The position allowed me what I really wanted to do and the reason why I went back to school. It was a more/less training position during that time I learned a lot."

"Find out exatly what you are expected to do instead of guessing."

What don't you like about working at Northwest Technologies?

"The duration of employment was short lived because of work slowed down and tha project I assigned to was delayed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to work together as a team instead of being so isolated with the project managers."
