"I am not a big fan of this company as I find political environments difficult to work in personally. Dont apply if you feel the same way."

What don't you like about working at Northstar Systems?

"Very political atmosphere within the company where some higher paid employees talk a bigger game than they actually play."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is difficult to say really because management is separated across the USA and Asia sites. There is always a conflict of opinion and most of it seems to be cultural - which is why I find it difficult to make suggestions."
