"Northpointe was a great place to work, and I'm proud of the work I did there. I looked forward to going to work, felt I was appreciated by those around me for the help I could give them, and enjoyed the team attitude shared by my department. I did sometimes struggle to adapt to the formal business culture and realized early that I would have minimal opportunities to advance in my career. But overall it was a great experience."
