"The money in this position compared to the responsibilities I carried was minimal. In facility services, my roles as a sign shop manager were not compared correctly to other managers and as a student, the least pay was always desired by the university. Though the minimum wage in Flagstaff was increasing, my pay at the university did not. Starting at $8/hr, the most increase in pay I received was $12/hr due to the university not wanting to pay a student works more than a full-time worker in a different department. The pay was not equally distributed in facility services for the work that I was doing."
