"The company is understaffed and employees are overworked, wearing multiple hats that are not related to the jobs they were hired for. The manager is unreliable and shows up whenever and promises customers delivery dates that we cannot keep up with, causing us to fall behind on orders. The facility is not well maintained and there are multiple OSHA violations out on the shop floor. Very stressful work environment. No room for growth within a career."
