"I worked in a food manufacturing company for six years before entering the Iranian Ministry of Industries, where I also worked in for about 8 years. During my work years, I built up a great food industry and nutrition experience, which allowed me to continue my education here in the US and obtain my Master's degree in Nutrition. My graduate education increased my nutritional and food science knowledge and helped me be more and more confident in my field. Dear Hiring Manager, I eagerly reviewed your advertisement for the Quality Assurance supervisor position, and I am writing to express my interest. I have exceptional scientific knowledge and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. With a master’s degree in nutrition science along with 14 years of experience in the food industry, I am positive I would be the right selection for this role. In my previous job, I have applied theoretical principles and practical knowledge of biology, chemistry, and nutrition science to inform the best presentation technics. Also, the role helped me to engage in high-quality products designed for mass production. With participating in innovation activities and assisting on development of new product ideas, reformulating existing in-house Mediterranean products to fulfill the nutritional policy, Providing assistance to quality assurance team with any specific project, utilizing knowledge of food ingredients, nutrition science, and consumers marketing insights to promote new recipes to meet both customers and business department policies and needs, and reviewing all labels for compliance with Iranian FDA, I have leveraged my knowledge towards improving food industry and people’s health. My passion for creating, modifying, and improving food quality, safety, and processing and my careful attention to detail problem-solving abilities further inform my role. I have a strong belief in the role of science in the food industry and uphold principles to bring safe food to the community"
