What do you like about working at North Louisiana Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic?
"What I enjoy the most about going to work is seeing/meeting our patients, getting to know them on a personal level, and watching them progress and get/feel better. It is a very rewarding feeling and great to know that we are doing good things for our patients. I also like the communication, being able to talk to our patients, a lot of times more than one patient at a time like a big group discussion. Our staff is also a great one and makes going to work a lot easier than other places."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"To do my job I would let them know that I hope they arent in it for the money, but for the experience is great!"
What don't you like about working at North Louisiana Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic?
"The worst thing about working there is the pay. We do a ton of work and help out all of the therapists tremendously but it seems unappreciated and doesnt show in our pay. Our therapists seem spoiled by our staffs work and we make their job a whole lot easier."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would tend to the lesser employees more (not just doctors/physicians/physical&occupational therapist) because these are the employees that have to do more of the tedious work that gets overlooked."
