"Show your best side to the interviewer. Don't cheat the interviewer."

What don't you like about working at Nortel?

"There are a lot of processes which need be followed by development team. Those processes caused the high cost of products."

"I have no suggestions because management team has done a good job."

"1 man's job distributed to 3 or 4 people.If senior enough, you could earn top $ without even doing any work, or even showing up at work. It's like your best dream comes true, isn't it"

"Ask them when would all the senior mgmt (director and above) quit/leave And come back after that."

What don't you like about working at Nortel?

"Not one of the seniors; not old enough to obtain membership of the good-old-boy club."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Identify your contributors and compensate them fairly. Get rid of the deadwood.Since you are so busy playing politics and not keeping top talents, no wonder the company went for Chapter 11.And, PLEASE, quit from Cisco. People there are now noticing you are polluting their culture and work environment. Don't turn Cisco into the next Nortel!"

"I like the technology and the people I work with. I like being on a global team. Gives me the chance to travel and meet people from different backgrounds."

"Job security or lack of security. Nortel is in bankruptcy and is being sold."
