"The direction where the senior management was taking us. Everything was always in question (Policies, procedures, etc...)"

"I would look at the past and see what made money, and focus their attention on what worked. They abandoned too many projects which were proven beneficial to the company"

"Get the most money you can when you accept the job, you aren't getting a raise."

"They had to make A LOT of benefit cuts."

"Stop cutting benefits. Make spot bonuses easier to achieve."
