"Get as much as you can when you are hired. Bonuses were scant between the years 2002 to 2005 (It may have gotten better with the recent popularity of the industry). Promotions or raises were near impossible to achieve. Don't expect to be able to effect change, this company thinks they are an industry front runner."
What don't you like about working at NORESCO?
"Company culture fragmented beyond the home office. Upper management entrenched, arrogant, and shortsighted."
