"This company can box you in for where you want to go. It's too easy to get stuck in one place and never advance. No overtime pay, lots of overtime."

"Better flex-time, more incentives for unusual ideas, bonuses or profit sharing for going above and beyond, overtime pay."

"Company training was virtually non-existent. Program management agreed towards impossible/unreachable goals. Company was quick to jump into new contracts, and ignore the loyal customers, which may end up leading to the closure of the Wichita plant."

"Learn the word No. Agreeing to impossible demands, and then missing the goal forces the company to look like a fool."
